This online warranty system is created to enable you (as our IKO distributor) to hand over an official IKO guarantee sheet to the benificiary in a swift way.
This guarantee is only valid in the country and to the dealer which IKO has authorized.
Simply complete all data and your benificiary can have a digital or printed copy, which warrants the IKO shingles of his choice.
This guarantee only applies for all IKO Shingles manufactured in Europe from Superglass (5 years) to the top roof shingle Cambridge Xtreme laminated shingles (15 years).

First use online European Guarantee System:
Before you can log in, you'll need to register as either a Roofer or Dealer.

Go to the portal registration page at https://ikoguarantee.iko.eu/registration.

Select your role (type): Roofer or Dealer.

Fill in the registration form with your company details, email, and create a password.
You will receive your personal login and password by e-mail.

Please, read first the user manual first, which will be sent to you upon request.
If you need multiple pictures (> 15 photos), IKO advises to select your photos and put them in a "basket". After adding the photos to the basket, you can download them (max. 50 Mb).
!! For downloads > 50 Mb, IKO advises to order the basket via "FTP resort order". In that case, please follow the steps ahead and send us an e-mail, so we can send you the link to download the photos more easily.

IKO ventilation on your roof offers quite some benefits:
- Extend the life of your roof and of your shingles
- Increase your living comfort
- Regulate the moisture in your roof
- Allow excess heat and water vapour to escape from the roof
- Allow air to circulate between insulation and roof deck
- Prevent humidity from damaging the roof construction
- Cool down the roof in hot weather conditions
- Prevents ice-dams after snow
Application instructions
It is essential to allow heat dissipation and water vapour to escape the roof system through proper ventilation. Therefore, air must be able to circulate freely between insulation and the nailable roof deck, from the eaves to the ridges.
On roof pitches 15°- 40° the minimum net free ventilation area is 33 cm²,
on 41°- 85° min. net free ventilation area is 16 cm² for each 1 m² of insulated ceiling area (P),
always divided evenly between the eaves and the ridge.
