All information provided by the participant of the Campaign will be used legally, in good faith and such use will not be to their detriment or detriment of real estate. Notwithstanding the above, neither IKO Sales International NV, nor its representatives, employees, agents, or other duly authorized persons can fully control the manner in which such details are used by the public and, consequently, the Organizer of the Campaign, its representatives, employees, agents and other duly authorized persons cannot be held liable for any unlawful use by a third party in respect of the details set out above.

No liability or obligation is assumed by IKO Sales International NV for technical problems or technical malfunction in connection with any of the following events that may affect the implementation of the Campaign: hardware or software errors; defective computer, telephone, cable, satellite network, electronic, wireless or internet connection or other problems with internet communication; errors or limitations regarding any Internet service provider, servers, hosting; distorted, packaged or defective data transmission; errors regarding the transmission of e-mails (received / sent); unavailability of the website, in part or in full for any reason; traffic congestion on the Internet or on the website; unauthorized human or non-human intervention in the conduct of the Campaign, including without limitation, unauthorized interference, intrusion into a computer system, theft, virus, or bugs.

The Organizer of the Campaign is not responsible in the event that the scheduled draw is canceled due to weather, fire, strike, war or terrorism, or any other condition beyond their control.

Any dispute relating to the outcome of the Campaign must be submitted to the Organizer within 2 (two) working days after the publication of the results, by using the contact details as set out above.

IKO Sales International NV will use their best endeavors to resolve any dispute amicably. If this is not possible, the dispute will be submitted for resolution to the competent court. Where a jurisdiction agreement is admissible, the dispute must be brought before a court having jurisdiction over the registered office of IKO Sales International NV (Hasselt or Brussels, Belgium).
