The discount voucher to be offered as part of the campaign to the selected participant represents a 50% discount on the purchased IKO roofing (but in no case more than EUR 2,500.00 (including VAT), if the roofing was purchased (contract signed) after the start of the campaign and until 30 June 2024 at the latest, in which case a voucher for the return of the discount is awarded to the selected participant. The voucher covers the cost of purchasing a roof up to a maximum amount of EUR 2,500.00 (including VAT) incurred in connection with the purchase of IKO Shingles roofing (including roof shingles and IKO accessories, but does not include installation costs and other costs incurred during or in connection with roof installation).

For the purpose of the Campaign and / or direct marketing, the collected personal data will be processed by IKO Sales International NV as a personal data controller. Other contractual processors may be involved for the purpose of carrying out the purpose of the Campaign and / or direct marketing. For the purpose of carrying out the Campaign and / or direct marketing and related obtaining of personal data via the contact form on the social network Facebook owned by Facebook Inc., Menlo Park, California, the data will be obtained by digital agency Hybrid, https://hybridagency.be/ as a contractual processor who will forward the collected data to the company IKO Sales International NV (personal data controller and data processor).

IKO Sales International NV and its contractual processors Hybrid will at all times endeavor to protect the security and privacy of any data you provide or allow transmission by joining the Campaign. Nevertheless, due to the very nature of the internet IKO Sales International NV and its contractual processors, Hybrid, cannot guarantee that publicly available data will not be improperly accessed or used by third parties.

As part of the Campaign, we will collect data on the website via an online form in accordance with the GDPR regulation (the form contains fields where individual consents are given).

By agreeing to participate in the Campaign, each Participant understands and expressly agrees under Article 6/1 (b) of the GDPR Regulation that:

• the following personal data will be processed: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, full address and the estimated time period of interest for the purchase of the roof;

• the collected data will be used to prepare and provide additional information, technical support or to serve as intermediary in the preparation of the requested offer.

• personal data will be used to inform about the progress of the campaign via e-mails;

By agreeing to use the data for direct marketing purposes, each Participant understands and expressly agrees under Article 6/1 (a) of the GDPR Regulation that:

• The data collected will be used for direct marketing services, such as notifications about the course of the campaign or promotions. The following means of communication can be used for communication:

o online marketing (account notifications)

o e-mail marketing

o Mobile marketing (SMS and MMS to phone number)

o telemarketing (phone calls)

Participant's rights:

• the participant has the right to request acquaintance with his / her own personal data, or under certain conditions, s/he can also require the correction, restriction of processing or deletion of his/her illegally processed data (Articles 15 to 18 of the GDPR Regulation). Such rights may be exercised by the Participant by sending us a written request for this purpose by post or by e-mail to the address of the controller. The participant who considers that his or her personal data is being processed unlawfully may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner, as well as the right to assert the protection of his or her rights in court;

• the provision of personal data of a participant is voluntary, but essential for entering the Campaign (revocation of consent or request for deletion of certain data leads to cancellation of participation in the Campaign). The Participant may at any time revoke consent to the processing of data for the purpose of direct marketing by submitting an appropriate revocation statement via an online form or by e-mail to the controller;

• personal data managed and processed for the purpose of this Campaign may be managed and processed only to the extent and time necessary to fulfill the purpose of the Campaign. Personal data will be processed for marketing and other similar purposes also after the expiration of the Campaign, provided that the Participant's consent is not withdrawn. Personal data will be managed and processed for a maximum period of 3 years after the expiration of the Campaign in which the Participant participated.

IKO Sales International NV provide mechanisms for the accuracy, completeness and up-to-dateness of personal data, through a system of processing operations, and allows the identification of personal data subjects, but not for more than is necessary for the purpose of this Campaign and / or marketing or other related activities.
